AC Power suplies

A proven series of AC voltage power supplies suitable for powering electrical AC devices in many fields of electrical engineering, electronics and education. The output voltage with a pure sine wave of 50 Hz is obtained by transforming the mains voltage 230V/50Hz with an isolation transformer. Control of the source is possible using the keyboard located on the front panel of the device, or using a personal computer through the D-Control software. This software program allows unlimited time and voltage dependent processes to be defined.

In detail

Soft start

The source output is activated when the AC source is switched on after the test has been performed. The connected devices are thus protected against possible voltage peaks arising during start-up.

Output control with a separate button

The output of the AC source is controlled by a separate button. Switching on the output is signaled by an LED.

Output voltage curve

The output voltage is obtained by transforming the mains voltage 230 V / 50 Hz. The course of the output voltage is sinusoidal with a frequency of 50 Hz without parasitic frequencies.

Output separated from mains voltage

A transformer with separate primary and secondary windings is used to transform the voltage. The output voltage is thus separated from the 230 V mains voltage.

PC control

Through the D-control program, the source can be controlled via the RS-232 bus. In the D-control program, events depending on time and voltage can be set.

Adjusting the voltage

The voltage can be adjusted via the keyboard either by entering a numerical voltage value or using the up and down buttons.
