Energetik

Energetik deals with power distribution in specialist classrooms in a safe and modern way. Panels for student desks contain sockets for AC and DC voltage, connectors for LAN networks, USB, HDMI and a 230V safety socket. AC and DC voltage sources and a lockable safety module of the system are part of the equipment of the teacher’s workplace.

Principle

The principle of the Energetik system is the division of the classroom into two zones.

The first zone is the teacher’s workplace, i.e. the equipment of the teacher’s desk, which are the power supplies and the control module. Power supplies are DC and AC, with analog or digital display of output voltages and currents. The power supplies are supplemented with the M08-UF module, which is equipped with a circuit breaker and a key switch. This eliminates the unauthorized switching on of the power supply by a student or other unauthorized person.

The second zone consists of student desks, which are equipped with professional panels with sockets, outlets and other connectors. The panels can be placed visibly or hidden under the bench top or in an electrically controlled folding panel. The specific configuration of connectors and sockets is always based on the school’s requirements.

Safe electrical distribution in classrooms

When using a 230V mains socket in student desks, it is absolutely necessary to protect these sockets with a circuit breaker and a surge protector. Complete protection of sockets and control contactors are located in the classroom switchboard. Contactors can be controlled remotely from the M08-UF safety module and switched off in case of danger with the TOTAL STOP button. The M08-UF module is a mandatory device for powering the MDC-01, MAC-01 and MAC-02 modules.

All panels for student desks are made of durable plastic, the descriptions are printed in color. The sockets used are from a Swiss manufacturer exclusively in a safety design and of the highest quality, which guarantees a long service life.
